The Access to Culture Platform participated in the European Culture Forum 2013, held at the BOZAR, Brussels from the 4 to 6 November.

We were present gathering interviews and statementos for the 3 working groups: Audience Participation | Arts, Rights and Justice | Education & Learning and with the Access to Culture Utopia Salon.
