EC commissions survey aiming to get a unique insight into the financing needs and access to finance of the diverse palette of cultural and creative organizations across Europe.

In view of the new ‘Creative Europe’ program to be launched in 2014, the European Commission has commissioned IDEA Consult to run an online surveyto find out about the financing needs of cultural and creative organizations.
